Norton makes the Bear Multi-Oilstone Sharpener for fish, meat markets and restaurants throughout the world. It carries three oil-filled reversible stones, the coarse Crystolon stone that quickly restores badly worn cutting edges; the medium Crystolon stone that produces the average edge needed for many tools; the fine India stone that hones a sharper edge. The stone length permits long strokes for faster and more precise sharpening of all straight edge tools. (11-1/2" x 2-1/2") The heavy base has a non-skid bottom. and acts as a reservoir for lubricant. A pint can of Norton Oil is included. The two stones not in use are immersed in oil.
