    Although new, these boots must be several years old as the rubber is extremely hard and boots could not be folded down to get on. This occurs to aged rubber. I have owned this boot in the past and never experienced this problem, very disappointed.

    seem to be good quality, double knees and shanks and thighs. stiff so they stay up without straps. so far so good
