How We Ship To You
Most orders are shipped Fed Ex Standard or UPS standard. We consolidate orders in an effort to provide you with the lowest possible shipping costs. We will consolidate your order and add the shipping charges to your bill.
Any stock order may be returned unused within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund. All of our nets are custom made and are returnable for quality defects only. Nets made to your specifications are returnable for quality defects only. Before returning nets or netting, write or call for permission. On returns, enclose the invoice and a note on it describing the reason for return and whether you want an exchange or refund. Send item via parcel post. Do not mail collect. If we have made a mistake on your order, we will refund you for all normal shipping charges. If the mistake is yours, we can not refund shipping charges. We do not refund C.O.D. charges. If you need immediate replacement, place an order for the new item and request a refund on the item being returned. There is a minimum retocking fee on nets and netting and a 15% restocking fee on other items.
