We received our order in a timely manner. Our order was correct, but not what we thought we needed. I submitted a request for a return form. I was asked why we wanted a return. I replied that we ordered the wrong item. I never received a reply. I submitted another request and got the same thing. I am very displeased that we are stuck with the item that we don't need.
