I submitted a order online and had a follow phone call the same day to make sure shipping and handling cost for item purchased was alright by me since the item weighed 40lbs. The lady on the phone was very kind and delightful to talk to. The phone call took place in the afternoon after my online purchase. I was surprised to see my item on my door step when I got home the next day by 4pm. Quick turn around in my opinion. Thanks guys.

Can't say enough about Memphis Net & Twine!!! Was on my porch two days from the night I ordered it. Incredible shipping speed! The Cheese....mostly shredded cheddar with chunks of cheddar....perfect!!! No water or liquid in the bucket. I was worried reading some of the last reviews on this product, but no worries anymore. So as of March 2018.....I'd RECOMMEND this product from MN& T. I'll be purchasing again from you guys. Thank you for the fast shipping and great product. Shipping wasn't that bad. Product is what was expected. Shipping cost was crazy stupid. Shipping cost more than the item itself. Recently bought a five gallon bucket of stain from Home Depot which I would think would be the same weight, etc. It shipped for free. Shipping cost on cheese was $35.

Started off, my first cheese trimmings order I never got after ordering. I was told it must have gotten damaged in the shipping process. Never the less, Memphis net was so good to me, and immediately resent my cheese with absolutely no charge or hassle. I was well please with the order. All though it did have little plastic tabs all through the cheese. I just spent time removing them, then all was good. In this day and age you don't see fokes standing behind there product, and I just appreciated how nice the man was in taking care of this matter!!

it has to be put into a mesh bag to tie down in basket. after trying fine to 2-inch mesh, larger works best. bad thing is in three weeks only one channel cat and several crappie. using a compeditor soy and cheese block i caught 30 to 47 # of blue cat in same spot

My first order

The items purchased are as described and a good value, but had I known the shipping was going to be as much as the total cost of my items with tax I would've never ordered the products. On my original receipt when first ordered there was a small shipping fee but then after it it already shipped i received a new receipt with the correct shipping which was as much as my purchase and it was too late for me to cancel the order as it had already shipped and when I called they told me I could refuse the order but that's hard to do when it comes through UPS and I wasn't home and they just drop off and leave so I had to take the purchase or pay the same shipping to return the items
