The Installer device is an ingenious PVC-Aluminum pipe design with handles at each end for carrying and a second handle at each end of 5' stainless steel aircraft cable for pulling.  This installer makes storing, installing, and taking-up tarps a breeze.

INSTALLER Device is a uniquely designed PVC pipe combined with an internal aluminum pipe reinforcement and end-pivoting aircraft cable handles that can roll a Wind Weighted Tarp on and off a mound or plate. This allows just 2 people to easily install or remove a tarp in less than 30 seconds. Also is great for tarp storage.
